We went out to the southeast corner of Utah to catch the annular eclipse that passed by on it’s way south to the Gulf of Mexico. Figured we’d stay a while and take advantage of the multiple International Dark Sky Parks (and National Parks!) while we were out there. We saw Capitol Reef, Canyonlands, and Arches the back way, somehow finding ourselves chasing sunlight on scary trails more than once. Pleasant Creek, the White Rim, and Tower Arch were a bit hairy, but we made it out and had a grand old time. See our write up on astroventures.net!
